M. Vincent Inspections, Inc. was incorporated in 2005 and continues to be successful in its mission to provide effective professional services to home buyers, sellers and investors. The home inspection industry is still unregulated in many states, including Delaware. Maryland has recently enacted its legislation and requires an occupational license to perform a professional home inspection. Be assured that M. Vincent Inspections, Inc. holds a Maryland home inspector license and is a member of professional trade organizations associated with the home inspection business. In addition, I have passed the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE), which is a required exam for ASHI as well as the official exam for many of the regulated states. Because the home inspection industry is continuously changing and building practices are constantly improving, I complete at least 25 hours per year of continuing education to keep abreast of current practices.
